This Shipping Policy explains how VELORA. processes, ships, and delivers orders within the EU and to the United States.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to:
European Union (EU/EEA)
United States (US)
If your country isn’t available at checkout, it means we’re not shipping there at this time.
2) Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
3) Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak demand.
EU / Europe (tracked)
Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days after your order is placed.
United States (tracked)
Estimated delivery: 4-6 business days after your order is placed.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, if available, it will be shown automatically at checkout.
5) Tracking
All orders ship with tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
6) Customs, duties & taxes (US orders)
For US orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are typically not included in the product price or shipping fee.
You are responsible for any applicable customs charges.
7) Incorrect address & failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
An incorrect/incomplete address,
Refusal of delivery,
Multiple failed delivery attempts,
you may be responsible for reshipping costs. If you prefer, we can process a refund once the parcel returns (minus shipping costs, where applicable).
8) Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first.
If your parcel:
Arrives damaged,
Is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, or
Hasn’t moved in tracking for an unusual period,
please contact us and we’ll help. For damaged orders, include clear photos of the packaging and item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lip products cannot be returned.
